Nefarion and Ragnaros Are Making Surprise Returns in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm

With the announcement of the highly anticipated World of Warcraft expansion Cataclysm came much speculation about the major raids that will take place during the expansion. Perhaps some fuel was added to the
fire (That Blizzard is recycling old content instead of
creating new and exciting content) when the raid and dungeon panel announced that two of the major raids will be, The Firelands and Blackwings Descent.

The Firelands, The elemental plane of fire is where the players of World of Warcraft will finally be able to fight Ragnaros, Lord of fire, at full strength. Players previously encountered Ragnaros in Molten core, World of Warcrafts first Multi-boss raid instance. It is currently unclear what the fight will be like and how the fight will change but it is certainly clear that we did not fight Ragnaros at full power in the Molten Core, Which is pretty shocking seeing as Ragnaros was one of the hardest fights players experienced, albeit because of lack of proper equipment. This news has been met with both cheers and jeers, With some players becoming very excited about the chance to fight ragnaros again, and some very annoyed that blizzard is recycling yet another fight.

Blackwings Descent is where yet another Vanilla wow nemesis will be reappearing, this time its Nefarion, Ironically the sworn enemy of previously discussed Ragnaros lord of fire. Blackwings descent will be a totally new instance, Although based on the ideas and thought behind previous instance, Blackwing Lair. It is uncertain what facet Nefarion will return in, Whether he'll be the end boss or just a set up man to his father, Deathwing, The Destroyer.

Blizzard also plans to release Heroic versions of Dead mines and Shadowfang Keep. Both of these instances were some of the very first experienced by players and most players from the first year of World of Warcraft can most certainly tell you about some very fun and exciting times that took place within those walls.

The Abyssal Maw

Azeroth's native elementals wreaked havoc across the world while they were under the influence of the Old Gods.
To keep Azeroth safe from these threats, the titans imprisoned the Old Gods underground and banished the savage elementals to the titan-constructed Elemental Plane, a secure dominion where the elementals could dwell without harming Azeroth.

Four domains were created within this primordial realm to serve as ideal environments for each type of elemental. For ages since, the elementals of air, water, earth, and fire have engaged in endless strife with each other, waging titanic battles in the confines of their realm. One of the Elemental Plane's domains, a vast ocean known as the Abyssal Maw, is home to the water elementals. Legend says that Neptulon the Tidehunter, the powerful being who rules over the aquatic realm, possesses a potent weapon that allows its owner to control the very seas of Azeroth. Thus far, the artifact has remained secure inside the water elementals' domain... but that will soon change.

Within Deepholm, the domain of the earth elementals, the malefic Dragon Aspect Deathwing is on the verge of executing a catastrophic act: to burst forth from the Elemental Plane into Azeroth. Doing so will ravage the surface of the world and breach the barrier that separates Azeroth from the elementals' realm. Whether Neptulon and his subjects have entered into an alliance with Deathwing remains unknown. Regardless, if Deathwing's actions create an opening into the Abyssal Maw, nefarious and honorable factions alike will seek out the fabled weapon carried by Neptulon. Whoever secures the artifact will have control over the world's seas, a power that perhaps no one, not even members of the Horde or the Alliance, should possess.

Čína stále bez WoW

V Číně stále ještě nebyly spuštěny oficiální World of Warcraft servery a podle další zprávy, kterou vydal čínský GAPP (General Administration of Press and Publication), to vypadá, že nějakou chvíli nespuštěné ještě zůstanou.
